BIL-RAY SIDING & HOME IMPROVEMENT

The materials he ended up using were of very poor quality - not even wood products. The bathroom marble tile that he installed even fell off the wall in one part. The biggest problem was the roof leaking though. It was coming through the ceiling and causing more damage. We took him to court over this and won the judgement. He hasn't paid us a penny of it though. Stay away from this company!

They replaced the roof. Once they completed the job, I called a month later and let them know that there was damp spot on the ceiling in the kitchen. The representative told me the dampness should go away. This was April 2010. The damp spot has been there ever since. There was rain the other week, and I noticed the damp spot was a bit bigger. I touched the spot and it was damp and moist. I have attempted to contact them multiple times and have only spoke to them twice. The times I have spoken to them they state the same thing, telling me it is condensation and they did their job. I have since tried called them numerous times, but only get an answering machines. I need for them to come out and look at and fix. I haven't been able to contact them in over a year.

No problems with siding. Looks very nice. Done quickly, men punctual. Also had roofing done. That is another report; had some problems with that part of job.

Was supposed to be complete new roof with any damaged underlayment replaced. When he came I showed him where you could see water stains on wood & some curling at the ends and he said that wood would be replaced. When they came & did roof after they said they were finished I checked & no underlayment was replaced. When main guy came I showed him & he sighed & said it would be replaced. Didn't hear from him for about a week. I called him & first he said he was waiting for supplier to bring back some roof tiles to complete job. Another week went by, my husband called & he said Oh Vinnie(man who did actual work) told your wife no wood needed to be replaced. He did not tell me any such thing. We have had a couple of heavy rains & there has been no problem,he convinced my husband the wood didn't need to be replaced and that the roof is guaranteed. I hope he is right. I felt that we got a runaround instead of his just being honest from the beginning. We also had siding,windows, & gutters done

IT WAS A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I JUST USED THEM FOR CONVENIENCE, SO THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN THEM MYSELF. THEY JUST CLEANED THE GUTTERS, THAT'S ALL. THEY CAME TO MY DUPLEX, AND WERE DOING THE WRONG HALF, SO THEY JUST CLEANED THE WHOLE HOUSE INSTEAD OF JUST MY SIDE FOR THE SAME PRICE. THAT IS WHAT YOU LOOK FOR IN A COMPANY IS SOME VALUES, AND THEY KNOW WHEN THEY ARE WRONG AND WILL DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT UP TO YOU.
