+ -1 moreCame to my home to repair a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink, only to find 1 week later it was leaking again. Came back out, fixed it a second time and unfortunately just last week i found it leaking a 3rd time. I contacted the office on Monday, 2/15, and received a call back from a very nasty individual who was very inflexible as to when he can get to my home to make the repair. While i understand normal business hours, which he told me were 7-4, and posted as 8-5, i found someone who wasn't' willing at all. I was told to call the office if by chance i got home earlier in the day. 3 days later i was home from work, called the office to let them know my availability, and received a call back from the same nasty individual i spoke to days prior. He spoke to me as if he were doing me a favor. He was rude and unprofessional and I would sooner pay another plumber to fix HIS mistake than allow him back into my home.
