+ -1 moreIT WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. IN FACT, I AM IN LITIGATION WITH THEM NOW. I FILED A REPORT WITH THE NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AND THEY ARE SUBJECT TO LICENSE REVOCATION. IT COULD BE REVOKED IF THE CITY FINDS THEY ARE NEGLIGENT OR HAVE INAPPROPRIATE BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. I HAVE A CONCRETE PATIO, AND THEY CAME IN AND POURED THE CONCRETE, BUT THE CONCRETE ONCE IT DRIED DIDN'T DRY PROPERLY. WHEN IT DRIED, THE CONCRETE WAS FLAKING OFF, BUT IT'S NOT THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.
Description of Work: IT WAS POURING A CONCRETE PATIO.
