+ -1 moreI called for information because I wanted to try to get an idea how much my home could sell for but I wasn't interested in listing with an agent at this point. Arlene understood this and was still quite gracious and helpful and treated me as though I'd been a repeat customer. She spent time on the phone giving me information and backed it up with emails and a CMA. I was very pleased with everything . She was prompt and couldnt have been nicer. Her only "fee" was a request I keep her in mind if I did ever list my home or know anyone who would be. I think that was more than equitable.
Description of Work: I spoke with Arlene directly and she performed a Comparative Market Analysis for me and sent all the info and comps thru email. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I could not have asked for better service with such promptness.
