Annex Construction contractor was very professional. I just had hard wood floor installed and was concerned about painting the room. I was very impressed with their preparation and had no complaints of the job that was done. They put back the furniture and left a neat job.

Work contracted was to repair loose bluestone on walkway and stairs. Job was done in one day. I was very pleased with the result. I would recommend Annex Construction, and I would use them again in the future.

probably most important is when there is an adjustment that needs to be fix after the job is complete mr. abil naseem is willing to come back and make the necessary corrections.

Contractor and workers are very respectful and punctual. Started work everyday 8:00 am. They did everything that we discussed. And the price that was agreed upon.

Abid was very professional and understood that I didn't need to replace all of the concrete sidewalk and driveway, just the portions that were cracked and dangerous. He suggested just replacing that portion that was necessary, and saved me money. I appreciated his honesty, and they did a great job. They also tuck pointed the brick steps and walls.

Annex met me at the property. I need to have the back wall of the house waterproofed. This would require that all the old stucco applied improperly 20 years ago, be removed. They used the proper equipment, method and cleaned up the area completely upon completion. The back of the building now looks better than any on the block. The price for the job was fair and I highly recommend Annex.

After Hurricane Sandy dumped about 19 inches of water in my basement I had to have all of the old wall paneling removed. I decided to go with green sheetrock this time around. Annex Construction came in and gave me a reasonable estimate on a Thursday and came in to do the job on Monday. I deiced to have my basement ceiling replaced at the same time. Annex Co. took care of both jobs in less time then originally estimated. They were done in 6 days including Saturday. He also recommended that I raise my basement door and threshold to minize the possiblilty of future flooding. The new door and granite step looks great.

The contractor arrived on time and started immediately and did exactly what I needed. He even offered a further solution for my situation for an extra fee of course. But in the end it was quality work and I will use him again for other around the house jobs.

Abid was great. He came and scouted the area, gave a fair estimate and actually showed up when he said he would. He also finished it when he said he would and it looks great. Very happy with the experience.

On the first day of the work, he left his worker without supervision and I and the worker cannot locate him. Valuable time wasted.

They arrived on time, went straight to work and never stopped, even worked on the weekends. The only glitch was when there was any unexpected problems or adjustments. Make sure you get things in writing on the contract (price). He told us he had to make 2 steps instead of 1 for the patio but never said that there would be an increase in price. What a shock when we made the "final payment" and found out we owed him thousands more. Who knew 1extra step would cost that much!! Get him to put everything/change he does in writing with the price for it on the contract so you have proof when you go to give him final payment.
