Description of Work: Things seemed to be progressing fast in the first week or so but came to a halt after that. The project was supposed to take 4 weeks, but instead took close to 7. I know sounds like a typical reno story, but you can imagine how p***** I was when I found out that for weeks they hadn't even been coming to my apartment. We confronted Anthony about it and he said it would be done in a week. So of course I checked the log book and no one had come on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. And Anthony wasn't returning our calls until I decided to call his cell phone repeatedly until he picked up. All in all, the job was completed but it was the greatest quality. Over time I've noticed some places where corners were cut. I've had other contractors come and do work over the past couple of months and would recommend them before ever recommending American Maintenance.

+ -1 moreMY CARPETS AND RUGS LOOK SO MUCH BETTER AND SMELL FRESH. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WOULD TRUST WITH MY RUGS. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO PROMPT AND THE CLEANER IS ALWAYS SO CONSIDERATE.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THE COMPANY SERVICES. THE CARPETS WERE VERY CLEAN AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE THE STAINS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS.
