+ -1 moreThey would come in, place a trap, and then leave. They never caught anything and charged me $200. It was not a good experience.
Description of Work: We needed them to capture a raccoon in our attic.

+ -1 moreHE DIDN'T PUT ENOUGH OF THE SPIKES IN SO THE BIRDS SQUEEZED BETWEEN THEM. HE CAME BACK AND PUT MORE SPIKES THERE, BUT HE CHARGED ME AGAIN. HE CAME BACK, AND HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO. HE SHOULD HAVE DONE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, NOT COME BACK AND HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME.
Description of Work: I HAD BIRDS HANGING OUT ON THE AIR CONDITIONER SO HE PUT SOME SPIKES ON THERE TO KEEP THEM AWAY.
