I had used Steve in the past to repair some damage after a previous storm. The appointment was scheduled. Though Steve was extremely busy after the Hurricane, he sent 2 employees to my home . They appeared at the exact time of the appointment. They assessed the damage, and called Steve right from the job. I spoke with him and he provided me with my options & prices. The price was great, and I had the work done right then. The employees showed me & explained to me what had been done. This company is excellent and I would definitely use them again. I have several family members who have also used them and everyone is very happy with their work and competitive prices

I was referred to Steve through a friend who had used him within the past last year. He came to my house with a worker, asked what I wanted done, did a quick inspection and left. A few days later I received a written estimate in the mail. I was pleased and decided to use him. But finances changed suddenly and we had to put a hold on the project. Fast forward 1 year later. I called and left a message - explaining who I was and what I wanted. One week goes by and I never hear back from him. I make a second call - again leaving a message. A woman calls back a few days later explaining that he was extremely busy but would pull my file from last year, review it and get back to me. THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO PHONE CALL. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. I have since found several contractors that were more than willing to come to the house and give us written estimates. I like to give credit where credit is due - whether it be bad or good. Hopefully he doesn't treat all his customers this way.
