It is working just as they described. The technicians were great and the owner was amazingly helpful. We wish that there were more business on Staten Island with their great customer service!! + -1 moreI am very glad to have found Alarmingly Affordable and Mike Remini. My experience with this company was totally different from my previous experiences with alarm companies. You can get a quote from their website so there are no high pressure salesmen involved. Mr. Remini did not try to sell me anything I did not need and the price quoted was very reasonable. He answered all my questions promptly and courteously by e-mail. John, the technician who did the installation could not have been nicer. He was even concerned about the aesthetics involved. He showed me everything I needed to know about the system and I feel confident that the system was expertly installed. I had a few minor, non-technical issues to work out after the installation. I was able to reach Mr. Remini and he took care of everything promptly. My alarm system is now a source of peace of mind instead of a source of worry. Thank you Mike and John.
Description of Work: Installed a basic security system. The cost included the first three months monitoring.
