+ -1 moreHe returned my call. Gave him address explained there were dogs and garage was in rear. He came, said he didn't see any garage. Reminded him that I had said it was in rear. He demanded payment up front before he did work, was nasty to my tenant who was bringing the dogs. I turned him away and he left very angry saying that "I wasted his time." He needs to learn to respect women!
Description of Work: Attitude was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. He was sent away without looking at job. I definitely will not recommend this company. I picked a Staten Island firm and was totally dismayed by his arrogance and unprofessionalism. Think twice before hiring.

+ -1 moreAl was on-time and very professional. Everything cleaned up afterward and all old materials were taken away. Very satisfied with the results
Description of Work: Al replaced my garage door opener with a new unit. The old unit lasted about 30 years. The new unit is a high end unit and works like a charm

Description of Work: Al replaced two springs and two cables. He came the day after I called him. He was prompt and courteous. I recommend him highly. I paid cash.
