Contacted the service provider yesterday. Fred, the technician call us back few minutes later and was able to provide an appointment the next day morning. Fred show up on time, and provides the cost of repair after surveys the dryer. Fred ordered the parts and will return to install them once the parts arrived.

Terrific service. Fred arrived within the hour of our call. He recalibrated the ice cube maker and explained exactly what the procedure entailed. He was very professional and he called a few days later to be sure the ice cube maker was working well. We would definitely recommend him.

I called on Friday May 27th and asked about how much it would cost to replace the fan since I knew what the problem was. The refrigerator is old and I wanted to know if it was worth it to fix it. The technician called me back and said it would be between $135 and $200 which seemed reasonable to me so we set a time for him to come the next day (Saturday). When he came, he replaced the motor and I got a 5% Angies list discount, a $20 senior discount and a 1 year guarantee. I was happy! The refrigerator works and didn't cost too much!

Both were successfully repaired. The refrigerator needed a new circuit board, as did the stove. The stove also needed wiring repairs, and a second board in the stove needed a small part replaced, which he did immediately. (A rodent had caused significant damage to the wiring and circuit boards of the stove; Fred was able to chase down all the issues, and make repairs on the spot, once the replacement board was shipped to him.) For the refrigerator, even though the GE service manual calls for replacement of two boards, Fred advised of the option of replacing one board first, to see if that worked, which if successful would save considerable money. That is what we did, and it worked! Fred is a talented technician, he will chase down your problem and fix it. He seems dogged that way; he simply won't let malfunctioning appliances defeat or "outsmart" him. It seems that he will also try to cover all of his customers bases as quickly as he can. (He can obviously be very busy, which I suppose can have some impact on his response time, but it seems he will work hard to work you in as quickly as possible.) Some furniture needed to be moved to access these major appliances, this did not phase Fred at all: he was flexible and helpful with that. Do not expect yesteryears pricing with this service company, you will pay a fair price for the work, rather than an absolutely cheap price, but with the current pricing of brand-name major appliances that are even somewhat deluxe, a correct repair is well worth it!

When I called Fred I was very upset because my stove was under warranty with Sears and they was soppose to repair it on 12/18/15 between 8:00am & 12:00pm. The Sears repairman called at 3:30 and cancelled the appointment because he was stuck on another job. I called Sears they told me there was no available appointments till next year! I am expecting company for the holidays so I had to find someone quick. I spoke to Fred about 4:00 he gave me a time between 5:00 & 7:00, he was there by 6:45. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace the part. If I ever need any large appliance repaired Fred will be the call I make!

My goodness! The Admiral technician arrived when he said he would which was, with the assistance of Angie's List Personnel, within one day of our call. He showed me the defective piece of the refrigerator, fixed it and was on his way in less than an hour. I was very pleased with this company's performance and will definitely use them in the future.

Fred was prompt and knew exactly what was wrongwith the dryer. He had to order the part and was able to accommodate my work schedule when he returnedto install it. I was very satisfied.

On the first visit, Fred was calm and professional. He took his time, figured out the problem, offered me an estimate, and applied the $50 original fee and the $20 coupon to the total. When the part came in, six days later, Fred made an appointment for the following day, showed up on time, and fixed the problem. (The only tiny problem was that I had to call him, but he said that the part had come in very recently and he was going to call me.) He gave me the removed part, told me to keep it for a few days, and finished the job professionally. He explained what had been wrong, and how long the new warranty would be. I was quite satisfied, and would both recommend this company and use them again. They did exactly what they promised, and did it in a professional, respectful manner. The refrigerator is working fine now.

After finding Admiral on Angie's List I called and actually hung up when a machine answered. Fred immediately called me back! Immediately! He was available that same day to come, but I asked for the next day. No problem. He gave me a three hour window and called withing that time when he was 20 minutes away. He was prompt and professional. He detailed the problem, my options and the cost. He left with a small deposit. That evening he called me back to tell me that he had forgotten to mention a discount for calling from Angie's List. That was a surprise! Three days later, he returned with the part and was finished in less then 30 minutes. Very nice guy. Work was fine. Unprompted discount. What more can you ask for!

I was extremely pleased with repair but mostly the constant communication. They honored the time frames given and called to let me know when they were on their way. So refreshing.

Fred showed up as scheduled checked dryer for problem and returned with parts and fixed the problem. I called him in the morning and he was at my house at 130 as ha said. This was done on a Saturday, so yes he does work on weekends. Very professional and polite. Would definitely use again.

I called on a Monday and Fred (who was the person with whom I spoke and who also serviced our dishwasher) made an appointment for the next day. He gave me a three hour window and arrived within that window. He was very friendly and easy going. Our dishwasher was not getting water on the wash cycle. He fixed the problem very quickly. He was professional and made sure I got the best price possible.

I called the company yesterday. Phone was answered by an answering service. The technician called me back shortly thereafter. I explained the problem with the AC unit. He told me approximately what they charge (he said it would be no more than $200) to make sure the repair wouldn't cost more than the unit was worth. He called me back again after a few minutes, because he was checking whether anyone was available to come to my house today. They weren't, so we made an appointment for the next day. I was given a 3-hour window of time during which they would come. They also called to give me a heads-up about 30 minutes before arriving. The technician, Fred, was polite and professional. He quickly took apart the unit and discovered that the problem was that the drain was blocked. He cleaned the unit, and it is running much better now. I'm glad to have found this service company.
