Description of Work: Service provider came by to inspect and repair dishwasher. There was some confusion regarding the appointment the day before and the technician never showed. I had to call back to inquire in order for any actions to take place. However, they applied a 10% discount to the bill. I found the technician extremely knowledgeable of his trade. He gave me some key pointers and valued suggestions.

Description of Work: They repaired the lights in the kitchen stove hood that were not functioning at all. The company that manufactured the hood no longer makes the part that needed to be replaced, so the technician repaired the existing part. The technician was very qualified, punctual and courteous. Definitely recommend!

Description of Work: I called because my fridge wasn't getting cold. Fred came the next day, figured out the compressor was s***. He ordered the new one and in less than a week (EASTER weekend) it was all done. Fred even called me back a few days after the job was done to make sure it was working well. He is a true professional. I will definitely use his company again !!!
