Description of Work: Clean dryer vent pipe as advertised in NJ SAVVY Shopper from Staten Island as Appliance Repair 877 222-5220, no tools or commercial vehicle, just credit card machine. I told him I needed the dryer vent pipe cleaned as the wash/dryer was repaired but the dryer is not hot after another company attempted to fix it. He used a fan and his hands from outside to clear the duct, left a mess in my laundry room for me to clean up after from his muddy shoes and not only did he not put things back in place he used my childs seat as step stool with his muddy shoes and did not clean up. Now he said it's $233, what can I do it did work. I told a few friends about this and they said usually vent dryer vent pipe clean cost $75 and I could of have all my vents including my chimney clean for $233. Buyer beware of 800# advertisements and rip off artist posing as contractors and simply advertising to prey on this type of situation. Hand written receipt on preprinted stationary and a name like AAA Range, Inc?

+ -1 moreHe is very good; very reasonable and a very nice person to deal with. It is a one man operation so they don’t get around too much into advertising. It is just by word of mouth. He seemed to be a very honest and sincere person which means a lot at this day and age. As he was repairing the stove he heard a noise coming from the refrigerator fan from the freezer part and he said that it needs to be replaced and gave me the option to either do it now or if not, it was up to me. I decided to get it done then. It was a bad ball bearing in the fan and that took care of the problem. I will use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used AAA Appliance Service two years ago to repair a stove and refrigerator. He repaired the two items plus the parts for $250.
