Called them on Sunday Morning; Return call within one hour; Only $50 for estimate (built-into cost if you do repair); Scheduled a 2 hour window Monday (11-1); They called 15 minutes before they showed up (within window); Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave their price; Apparently, they stock common parts in the truck, because they had them ready; Friendly, courteous, and helped clean-up; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, absolutely nothing could have been better.
Description of Work: Replaced a belt and worn out water pump in our washer, they explained what was wrong, what they were doing, and even let us examine the parts they removed.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD AND ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY COME WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE COMING. THEY ARE POLITE AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: IT WAS DRYER AND DISHWASHER. THE DISHWASHER WAS $360. THE MOTOR WAS BLOWN.

IT'S GREAT SERVICE. HIS PERSONALITY WAS NICE, AND HE WAS VERY PROMPT. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND HAD A GOOD PERSONALITY. HE WAS PERKY. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM, SHOWED ME THE DEFECTIVE PART, AND REPLACED IT. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, TOO.

THEY PREVENTED US FROM HAVING TO BUY A NEW STOVE. THEY SAVED US $1000. THE PRICE WAS FAIRLY REASONABLE. IT'S WORKING AS GOOD AS NEW NOW. IT'S NOT THE TYPE OF THING I CAN'T SAY A LOT OF DETAIL ABOUT. IT WASN'T WORKING, AND ITS WORKING AGAIN.
