Description of Work: Installed new roof with faulty gutters and leaders. Ray only came back once. Leaders and gotters continued to rattle loudly, water continued to cascade middle of back porch. He would not respond to subsequent emails and texts. If he corrected the poorly installed gutters and leaders, I would have kept a good rating.
