Was able to perform the work the same day. Had a bit of a problem with leaks, they came the next day, a Sunday to fix the problem

Extremely courteous treated items to be removed with respect. Professional ,responding promptly and arriving on time. Carefully removing items to cause no damage to your home in the process. The bonus was Billy and his assistant were the nicest to work with .I would recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again.

Billy and his crew did an excellent job with reattaching part of the gutter on the back of the house that had come loose. He also repaired the smokestack on the roof which I had no idea needed to be repaired. Excellent work and professional and friendly demeanor. I would use Gutters R Us again. Billy even gave me a quote for new gutters.

I had approximately 15 ft of gutter installed on the front of my house. The actual gutter installation seems OK but there is an issue with the corner piece. Since the gutter was installed, the corner has been leaking. I contacted Gutters R US a few days after installation and the owner, Billy, said he would stop by and look at it. That was about 3 weeks ago. I called him again this past Thursday (10-14) and he once again said he would stop at my house. As of today (10-27), he still has not showed up. This is becoming very frustrating since I want this problem fixed before the cold weather sets in and I find myself with an ice issue

Billy was prompt in meeting with me, giving an estimate & being able to immediately do a gutter repair & cleaning. The estimate was reasonable. They removed the debris & worked very expediently. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Billy responded to my request with in 15 minutes and arrived to give me an estimate/evaluation less then 45 min later. We agreed on the path and prives and he and his worker were back as promised with in 90 min. They cleared the blockage on the gutter originally called about, inspected and cleared to other as well and replaced the two floor elbow outlets. The work was professional, clean and thorough extremely satisfied and Highly recommend

Bill called me within minutes of my inquiry. Within an hour came over to give me an extremely reasonable estimate and promised to be back about 4 o'clock to do the job if I accepted his services. He and Frank not only cleaned my gutters but make sure my roof was completely clean. My house is surrounded by huge 75 year old trees and with the weather we've been having my roof was an absolute mess. Even with the extra work he handed me a bill for the original estimate I voluntarily added an additional amount because of a job well done.
