+ -1 moreDustin responded immediately and was very knowledgeable about all the water systems. He quickly found the point at which our underground hose was leaking(in an unusual place away from the house)and explained everything along the way. He fixed our shower with the simplest solution rather than going to an expensive one.
Description of Work: Dustin fixed our pump after our well went dry, repaired the diverter for our shower and cleaned out the filter for our washing machine which was full of sediment from the pump breakdown.

+ -1 moreWe were in a total bind today - the thermostat in our house broke and we were out of town, which meant that our house was absolutely freezing (it was in the negatives outside) and we weren't there to deal with it. We were really anxious about frozen pipes and so we called Empire to see if they were available to come by the house and check things out. They got back to us really quickly and headed over to the house. Once inside, Dustin spent a huge amount of time assessing all our pipes, sinks, toilets, etc to see where the problems were. Nearly everything was frozen and he spent a ton of time thawing everything. He found a burst pipe and repaired that section. He was really informative on the phone, clearly explaining everything, and couldn't have been nicer. We're new to the area and will absolutely work with Empire again, and we definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Dustin (from Empire) came to our house to help with water pipes that were frozen and had burst. He inspected and figured out which pipes needed work, thawed them, and replaced sections of pipe where it had burst.
