+ -1 moreHe estimated the job at $650. He worked about 3 hours and provided 1 piece of plywood. He stuck to the estimated price which comes to $215/hr. His wife helped for a little while. He did come the next day and put off another job, so I guess you could consider this an emergency visit, but the price was so exorbitant it was unreal. His estimate was soooo high compared to the work that he did. The only pro - he knew what he was doing.
Description of Work: Replaced a 6 x6 foot plywood floor in mobile home.

+ -1 moreEvery thing went quite well very satisfied.
Description of Work: Remove and dispose of the existing tub and tub surround. Inspect subfloor in bathroom and repair damaged areas. Install new subfloor, tile, tub with tub surround, drain and tub/shower valve. We are also re-plumbing the tub drain from center drain to a right hand drain. Install provided toilet. Install access panels in bedroom due to accessing plumbing in bathroom. Remove and dispose of 3 damaged interior doors and knobs and replace with 3 new interior doors with knobs. Also replace the door knob on the kitchen pantry door. Repair hole in living room wall. Remove edge trim laminate on kitchen island and kitchen counters, sand edges, glue and replace with white laminate. To repair skirting on north end of home. Remove and dispose of existing gas water heater. Install new 40 gallon Rheem electric water heater, 30 amp breaker, wire, and shut off valve.
