This is our second experience with "Maskell & Merritt", and I have to say it again, Your need an "A+" rating on your charts! We could not be happier! Their team is the BEST! They care for your home as if it is their own! This was a large project and every part of it was completed as stated in the original proposal, or even better. Example: They saw a header piece of wood that was not apart of the proposal that needed replacement, they knew it really should be replaced to look as good as the rest of their work. They replaced it at no additional cost to us, because they are proud of their work and want it not only to look good, but be perfect.
As stated previously their team is the best! You feel comfortable with them in your home. They are polite, considerate of your property (Even take their shoes off when entering the main house. Wish I could train my son to do that!) All and all they will be back again for future projects. So glad we found them! Thank you Angie's List!
If there was an A+ on your review scale Maskell & Merritt would get it! We have a raised ranch purchased in August. The stair case going up to the living room was shallow, and the steps were of different heights. I was very difficult to navigate. Josh and his team came yesterday to install our new stairs. They had constructed them, and put the finishes on them in their shop so as not to inconvenience us by having them out for a the better part of a week.
What a great experience! Delivered ,and installed them in one day! All the trim work was installed, and any painting etc. done. We were so impressed with the quality of the work. Maskell and Merritt are not just contractors, they are master craftsmen! How lucky were we to find them on your list! This stair case looks so wonderful, we have decided to have them do the bottom stairs to match. The professional team of Maskell and Merritt have become our new contractors to " go to " in our new town. They treat your home as if it were their own!
I hired Maskell Merritt Construction to remodel my dated 1970s bathroom and I am very pleased with their work! Josh and his crew installed a new toilet, vanity and fixtures (including all the plumbing), upgraded electrical, installed new light fixtures and ceiling fan, installed a new tile floor and painted the entire bathroom.
I found Josh to be very honest and trustworthy and his fee to be very reasonable. I plan to hire him again when I renovate my kitchen.
