 + 1 moreWe were looking to build a bluestone retaining wall for our driveway and install unilock pavers for a parking area. We saw Dave building a beautiful bluestone wall at a friend's house and asked him to price out our project for us. Dave was very responsive and professional. We had several meetings and he always showed up on time and worked with our schedule. He was quick to respond to phone calls and requests. While we did not proceed beyond obtaining an estimate from Dave, he is someone we would recommend if you're looking for hardscaping work done. Our dealings with him was very pleasant. He was professional, punctual, proactive and honest. We have also seen his work first hand at our friend's house and it was done beautifully.
Description of Work: Dave provided an estimate to the project at our house, including setting a bluestone retaining wall and unilock pavers for a parking space.

Description of Work: I called Dave to give me an estimate on lawn mowing. He was prompt and thorough and shortly thereafter I hired him to do mowing every two weeks. After the first mowing I was very pleased (he even managed to mow a small side yard that he had not thought he could get his mower into through a small gate) and I will look forward to his continued services throughout the season. I don't know if I would have found him had it not been for Angie's List.

 + 0 moreA friend recommended Dave's after I had a bad experience with the landscaper I was previously using. From the first day, Joe, the owner, has been a total pleasure to work with! His estimate was so reasonable I was thinking he must have made a mistake and would be telling me, after a few weeks, that he needed more money to do the job. Not only has he done an excellent job for this low price, he has not raised my price in over 2 years! He is quick, professional and never misses a mowing. He is always here to personally oversee the job. I pay as I go - which I prefer - and if he mows a couple of times without payment, I pay him when I see him. So relaxed and stress-free. Cannot say enough great things about Joe and his crew at Dave's!
