It was not good. He did some damage that he promised he would come back and fix. He never came back. The black top is now cracking. I wouldn't hire him again. The quality was bad, and his patchwork caused more problems. I was not happy with the work.

I contacted 5 contractors for estimates t have my driveway repaved. It was in pretty bad shape and needed a complete overhaul. Only Latak and one other ever responded to my request for an estimate. Of the two I felt Latak was more professional and seemed to know more about what they were doing and the best way to handle my driveway issues. Mark Latak was very patient with my questions and gave me several options. He did not push me to the most expensive option. Mark was on the job with his crew through the whole project. The started when they said they would, did what he said they would, finished on time and at the price we had agreed upon. I am very happy with their work, their price and my new driveway.

Mark and his crew were very prompt, efficient and courteous. They pitched driveway away from house and garage, cleaned up everything. Long range this probably will not last as long as a complete removal and resurface --- but it looks great, the tire ruts are removed, the edges are neat, the snowplow guy is very happy that the surface is smooth, and my grandsons LOVE riding on a smooth surface.
