Description of Work: He painted the inside of our small coffee shop.

Description of Work: Preparation and painting of four bedrooms. This included walls ceilings, trims, doors, inside closets and moulding. Paneling in one bedroom was grouted and painted. Also included painting of all hallways. Painting of dining and living rooms included painting both doors from and back. The basement floors also painted and the laundry room walls were painted with Duralok - to seal against water. Outside work consisted of painted all outside window trim, window guards, porch railing, and porch floor. The porch floor and awning were also power-washed before painting began. The last project was insulation in the attic crawl space.

Description of Work: Valentines Painting are true professionals and responded to our job (and us) with the same respect and responsiveness we showed them. The job completed was beyond the work discussed in the original estimate. Keith and Diane painted our large apartment from top to bottom; an almost 2-week job. They fixed imperfections in walls and trim. They took great pride in the quality of their work and were quick to fix areas that did not live up to their standards. They arrived early and stayed late and we felt very comfortable leaving them with full access to our apartment when we were not home.

Description of Work: They painted the entire interior of our 2500 square foot house. The work included the molding, closets, everything in preparation for the sale of our house.

Description of Work: I provided all materials/lunch. Job: Dining Rm, 8X10- remove border paper, paint ceiling, 1 wall & 3 18" borders. No primer, 1 coat paint. DONE WELL. Kitchen 4x8, paint ceiling & two tiny wall sections around & below window & over door. Should have been 1 coat primer, 2 coats paint. NO PRIMER EXCEPT AROUND WINDOW. NO PAINT AROUND WINDOW EXCEPT PRIMER. ONLY 1 COAT PAINT. CEILING LOOKS TERRIBLE. LOTS OF MISSED SPOTS THAT KEITH HIMSELF POINTED OUT, SAID HE'D BE BACK TO FINISH. HE NEVER CAME BACK. Living Rm, ceiling, one half wall, around window & 3ft sq. entranceway. I was very specific that it needed the appropriate spackle, 2 coats primer (because wall is very old/dry)& two coats paint. I repeated it at every phase of the operation from the initial phone call to the estimate (it's written) to the day they started working & several times after that. CEILING HAS ONE MISSED SPOT, WINDOWS PRIMER ONLY, 1 WALL NOT SPACKLED, DOUBLE TALK/PROMISES - JOB PAID, NEVER COMPLETED. DODGING PHONE CALLS

Description of Work: We were getting our apartment ready to put on the market and Keith replied right away with a phone call and a very good estimate. He painted our entire interior of our apartment, which is a duplex with cathedral ceilings and many built ins. He and his partner worked neatly and fast. They got all the spackling and painting done in two and one half weeks. I felt comfortable with them to leave them with my house keys to work when I wasn't here.

Description of Work: Scraped and sealed a very annoying peeling front foyer. Scraped, sealed ceilings in LARGE living room area and bedroom area. Touch up repair on all walls. All walls painted. Stripped and painted metal window frames. Filled and painted all doors.

Description of Work: Received estimate to scrape, spackle and paint my entire apartment Bedroom, kitchen, bath, living room, hallway (over stairs).
