+ -1 moreShould be called "un"reliable. He was supposed to come on Friday to give an estimate. No show no call. I get a text that night saying he was sorry and would call me in the morning by 10. Well that didn't happen. Stay away from this fraud.

+ -1 moreThe asphalt resurfacing is poor workmanship. While on a steep hill, cracks appeared immediately. The drive is not level at all. Keep your seatbelt on when going over the numerous bumps! When speaking w/Reliable Paving about the cracks, the owner said he had noticed them, but that it was difficult to pave on a steep hill--he said it was "too technical" to explain. Basically, I think this owner is too inexperienced. The drive should have been paved from bottom of hill to top, so that the roller would not slip, causing the asphalt to buckle, hence causing the cracks and uneven surface. In addition, where the asphalt met the courtyard, the asphalt was uneven, messy. I had to hire someone to fix the edge and reinstall the metal edge. I expect the asphalt job will need to be redone in a year or two. He was more expensive than other estimates, but the other co-owners preferred to use this company.
Description of Work: Resurface driveway from road to gravel courtyard, remove loose asphalt & open any large cracks and fill before paving; level drive before 2" resurface.
