THE MAN IS A CONTROL FREAK, AN ABUSIVE BULLY WHO PREYS ON SENIOR CITIZENS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN. NO WOMAN SHOULD LET THIS MAN IN HER HOME. HE REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY PAPERWORK (WARRANTY, GUARANTEE ETC. INSTRUCTION BOOKLET) FOR THE AC. I HAVE WITNESSES AT HOME AND AT WORK THAT HE IS ABUSIVE. AT ONE POINT HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY OWN HOUSE KEY UNTIL I STARTED DIALING 911 FOR THE POLICE, THEN HE TURNED IT OVER TO ME. EVERYTHING HE TOUCHED IS BROKEN OR RUINED. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
Description of Work: AIR CONDITIONED NEW ADDITION ON MY HOME. PUT NEW FAUCETS IN BATHROOM BACKWARDS, LEFT GAPING HOLES IN MY WALLS. MADE MESSES ALL OVER. NEVER CLEANED UP AFTER WORK. TURNED MY WATER OFF FOR A DAY. RIPPED OUT WALLS, AND REFUSED TO FIX THEM. FLOODED MY GUEST ROOM AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. OVERCHARGED ME. AND ONE OF HIS WORKERS BROKE INTO A COMPUTER BRIEF CASE AND MY GRANDMOTHER'S ANTIQUE GOLD BRACELET IS MISSING.
