Tried several times to contact Peter. Left message at office - no call back. Called his cell phone - he made appointment but did not show up Texted afterward with no response.

I made an appointment with and they never showed up. I left a vm that night telling them to reach out to me. They never called back. I called multiple time and left messages but no one picks up or calls back.

My experience went very well. The person I dealt with from start to finish was Peter. When he came to do the estimate he was here for well over an hour and I could tell he was going to do this job as if it was his own project. He kept me very informed and went the extra step to make sure it was what I wanted. Whenever a issue came up he would consult me first before proceeding. I liked the pride he took in his work and the fact that he was the one doing the job not someone else from the company. He and his crew are very hard working respectful guys.
