They got right on it, when I was looking for them, they got right on time and they called me right back, they get right back with me, he made an appointment immediately and they looked at the house and within the next 24 hours, they got back with me with the estimate.
Description of Work: T. Perkins Inc. gave me a fair estimate, I'm still in the process of getting estimates.

When inspecting found a couple of things that I did not think of, and brought to my attention so I could have that work included if I wanted to. Absolutely no hard sell, I really appreciated the information. Did such a good job that I plan to use Todd for my indoor house painting jobs later this year also.

Description of Work: Purchased a living social deal for a day of painting. Talked with Todd the owner a couple of times. He said he would schedule time with my wife. No call. Called back and we tried again, he was really busy. He said he would set it up for a rain day. He never called. I called him again, no call back. called again, left a message saying I was struggling to get a call back. No call, he basically was too busy to do the job, and didn't have the courtesy to return my phone call and say that. I was refunded the money through living social and I would not recommend you work with T Perkins. Just another contractor incapable of doing the customer service side of the job.

+ -1 moreTodd was very good getting back to me when I'd call him, and he and his workers were very punctual. They worked steadily from the time they arrived in the morning until they were finished for the night. His crew was very nice and professional. I've never experienced a remodel before, and Todd offered to help with the process. He provided names of professionals that he works with and I've used a few of them. Todd said he will return after the remodel is done for "touch ups". He still has to come back to do a few other rooms.
Description of Work: The work involved two homes: one that I am remodeling and one that I am selling. Todd and his crew painted approximately 8 rooms (bedrooms and living rooms), hallway, stairway, and windows/trim of garage. They installed a new ceiling in a den and power washed a garage roof.

Description of Work: Todd came and gave us a quote to paint the foyer, stairway and upstairs hallway including doors and trim and den. We agreed on what had to be done and his employees started work a week and a half later per my request they could of done it sooner. They were very professional and friendly. Made the walls look like new again with fixing blemishes on the walls. We were very pleased with their work. Left the house spotless. We also had them paint a wall and doors in the kitchen that we added...no problem they accommodated the extra request. Very very impressed with the workmanship. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Todd, Rick and John.

+ -1 moreTodd and his crew showed up at the agreed upon time. They were very professional and curtious throughout the entire time they were here. The job they did was fantastic. At the completion of the job, they replaced all furniture and cleaned up everything and a walk through was done by us. Anything that was out of order was quickly remedied by Todd and his crew {there were very few of these}. I would highly rcomend Todd and his crew and will certainly hire them again in the future.

+ -1 moreJust before we put our house on the market we hired Todd and his crew to paint our living room/dining room/hallway/and kitchen. Our house sold in less than 4 days! We had two showings and two bids! They were on time, professional, and did exactly what we wanted. It's rare to find a contractor these days that actually does what they said they would do. Todd is the exception. They even cleaned up (+vacuumed) at the end of every day. We will be hiring them again to help us with our new home.
