+ -1 moreLooked at the job but would not give an estimate then indicated his schedule did not allow him time to do my project not sure why you were going out giving estimates if you don’t have time to do projects A complete waste of time furnished him with a detailed description of what was the issue as well

+ 0 moreThe plumber arrived on time and found the source of the leak. The toilet had a crack and needed to be replaced. He called the office and a new toilet arrived in minutes. He installed the toilet for us and it was in working order. About two weeks later, the toilet began to leak from the tank. We called the office, and they sent someone out that day. The tech found that a piece inside the tank was defective, and he replaced it. There was no further charge to us. The toilet is in working order again. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: The powder roomtoilet was leaking into the basement.

+ -1 moreEverything was excellent and exactly as described. They came in under budget. They arrived promptly every day they worked, sometimes even early. They left everything exactly as they found it. Very professional, I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our front window. Several people looked at it, but they were the first to correctly diagnose the problem. There was a window upstairs that had never been caulked; water was coming through there, down the wall and through our window frame below. They caulked the window upstairs, and sealed and repainted the damaged parts of the ceiling, including texturing the ceiling paint. Also, our gutters had fallen off the side and back of the house. They installed new fascia boards where it was needed, and contracted MIG to install new gutters for us, including some extra down spouts.
