Description of Work: Two hours of regrouping of tile around bathtub. Once the guy finally showed up he did a very nice job and I am pleased. But it took 4 months before he actually came out. I realize they are very busy but the job was paid in advance so I expected better promptness. It was worth it since the job was well done.

Description of Work: I guess money was paid to this company but they never called me back after I had contacted them. I tried to retrieve my money but apparently there is a time frame involved. I choose to cancel my Angies List account.

Description of Work: he caulked a tub and did a great job. Tore down wallpaper that did not go as well but the owner Tony responded quickly and corrected the problem.Tony is a honest man and easy to work with as some contractors are hard to deal with. I would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: When the contractor came to look at the job ,he informed us that he was not certified for lead paint removal, and this was not a job he could do .We were very disappointed, but received a prompt, painless refund from Angie's list,making one less thing to worry about.

Description of Work: The deal I purchased was for an entire floor plan for a complete kitchen remodel. Tony was very responsive and very professional while at the same time very personable. I received exactly what I paid for and the plans were just beautiful. We are undecided at this time as to whether or not to go ahead with the project, but if we do, there is no one else I would choose.

Description of Work: piccarillo served as the prime contractor in preparing mh kitchen for new countertops and appliances. His work mainly consisted of demolition, electrical,plumbing, carpentry and tiling. He exhibited skills in all of these areas. One minor negative was his punctuality in that he would always arrive at my house 30 to 60 minutes late.

Description of Work: We purchased a big deal for 4 hours of general contracting work. Tony and an assistant did a lot during those four hours (2 hours each)... fixed a problem area in our ceiling plaster, replaced a dripping bathroom faucet and recaulked our kitchen sink and bathroom tub. Very pleased with the results!

Description of Work: Bathroom drywall patch and paint |He was distracted during the last hour of service. |He did not use wood filler on the molding before painting as he promised and we had to re-sand and fill cracks and nail holes and then repaint.

Description of Work: We bought a deal for grout and caulking repair for$89. It took a few tries to get him here (one cancellation was ours). He was on the phone almost the entire time he was doing the work. The quality was ok, but he missed some spots.

Description of Work: Painted the ceiling in the lower hall up the staircase ind the hallway of the second floor; also painted a door plus a long wall in the basement. Very neat and cleaned up without a mess anywhere. Very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Selected kitchen design and plan from an Angie's list promo for our 1920s home so expected quality which wasn't there. Tony came and talked with us about possibilities and added next to nothing. Cabinet designer he worked with was fine but otherwise a big zero. For example he suggested wall boarding over our lightly cracked plaster ceiling, had no insight functional change or design ideas

Description of Work: Remodeled 2nd floor bathroom, including tub, sink, walls, ceiling, plumbing, lighting, electricity, bathtub tiles, floor tiles and painting. Owner was responsible for procuring all fixtures and tiles, except tub. | Pros: The work was scheduled early and performed punctually. The contractor supplied additional thermal insulation at no cost. The current resident is satisfied with the new bathroom. | Cons: The contractor, without consulting the owner or resident, vented the ceiling fan into a blind attic due to space constraints; but, at owner's request, disconnected its wall switch to prevent the venting of moist air into attic. Consequently, there is a new wall switch that does not operate any light or appliance. Some leakage occurred during the job that resulted in 3 minor water stains on the ceilings of the lower floor.

Description of Work: Average across the board. The owner is a nice guy but our job was small and therefore it pushed back a couple months. Overall, we probably overpaid for the small amount of work that was done.

Description of Work: I called and used form on site to have them contact me for two jobs, deck staining and windows but I never received a call back nor note of any kind. Guess they do not need the work.
