He was fantastic. We had him replace a banister. We also had him put some new electrical key code lock. We provided the materials and he provided the work. His work was flawless. Tony was great to work with. He contacted us in response to the rapid connect through Angie's List, but it was awhile for him to be able to come out and do the work. We will consider him for Kitchen Remodel as well.

Scheduling initially proved to be difficult, and that is as much on me as anyone else -- we booked it through the Angie's List Deals section, and I was not expecting or aware that I had an "inbox" here on Angie's List, so Tony's first few messages (which were timely and to the point) were accidentally ignored by me. ?After Tony called and left us a voicemail did I then find the inbox here on Angie's List and we were off to the races. ?He did a great job on the two projects we had for him. ?Our banister is now much sturdier which makes me rest easy given that the 3 and 6 year old are all the more safe, and the front door is now secure. ?We will likely use Tony's services in the near future for some kitchen reno work.

Even though it was around the holidays, it was still over a month before he got back to my mother with an estimate. The estimate was wrong and looked like he didn't listen to anything she wanted, other than it was for a bathroom in the basement. I was highly disappointed and am not surprised to see the same offer for $39.00 now. I will never recommend this contractor to anyone

Tony did call us quickly after our purchase to set up a time to meet, but when he called to confirm the appointment it was obvious he was not going to give us a 3D Rendering. I told him that was why we spent the $49 for the deal, we could have received a consultation and free estimates from other vendors. He said he could come up with a floorplan. What we got was an estimate, and a handwritten sketch of a basement layout on graph paper. He misrepresented himself.

Tony was very professional and did a great job in the tiled shower. Plus he is a nice man.

Too much snow to perform work. Did not call when stated.

Scheduling the work after I made the payment took much longer than expected (a couple of months). Tony did not contact me until several weeks had elapsed and then could not schedule the work to be done because he was too busy with other work. I later learned that he does the sort of work that I required in the early evening, after his (full time) day job ends. He also encountered an unexpected delay due to his truck needing repair after the work had been scheduled. He also called to request a reschedule on the day in which the work was supposed to be done, but agreed to complete the work on the day originally scheduled. When he finally did arrive to do the work, he was very pleasant and apologetic about the delays in getting the work done. I showed him the two locations where the work was needed and pointed out what I felt needed to be done. I was expecting him to offer some advice/comments based upon his experience in doing this kind of work for over 30 years. However, he said very little and essentially did only what I had asked him to do. It should be noted that I paid for (up to) 3 hours of work according to the "deal" that I signed up for, but he probably spent only about 1 hour doing actual work (excluding travel time). He asked me to check it out, which I did. What he had done appeared to be OK, although the contrast of the fresh white grout against the grey of the aged original grout clearly makes for a less than pleasing appearance (especially to my wife). Based on this single experience with Tony, I would say he is a very nice guy, but I won't be hiring him to do work for me again.

The discussions were ok. We have received our estimate covering different options for granite counter top.

He was good, not great because I asked him to remodel the bathroom but I didn’t expect the outcome of the walls. He did a wonderful job on the floor, the plumbing and stuff is ok and it looks nice. He is an excellent handyman more than a contractor, his carpentry is very good and he does fantastic job. It’s just that his painting job was kind of poor. He promised to fix the holes but it wasn’t fixed.

Mr. Piccirillo was very responsive to my needs, listened to what I had in mind, made good suggestions and his crew did the work professionally and in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied.

I wanted to put a tub in my upstairs bathroom which is only a 1/2 bath. Tony came out and took measurements and quoted the job. After some discussion, we decided the room was not large enough to replace the vanity, toilet and install a tub so we elected to just update everything that was there with new fixtures. Tony does all the work himself so it may not go as rapidly as one of the bigger companies, but it does get done and his price was reasonable. The resilient floor looks so nice as does all the new fixtures he installed. He cleaned up any mess and all in all we are very pleased with the job he did.
