came on time, very professional, did the job. would not rehire I had to call him twice before he set a date to do the job I had paid for.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 3 rooms of painting, and Picirillo Enterprises did a wonderful job. I initially had to reschedule my painting due to a family emergency. Tony was very understanding and was able to reschedule me when I returned home. Tony and his painter Adam showed up at our home on time and immediately got to work. Adam was able to finish our kitchen in one day and it looked spectacular. He painted the living room and dining room on Friday and came back for the second coat of paint on Monday. Adam did a terrific job. I am happy with the quality of work and the trustworthiness of staff. I felt comfortable leaving the painter in my home, and he locked up when he left while I was at work. I came home to a beautifully painted downstairs. The only negative I can think of is we were told to by 4 gallons of paint and now we have a unopened gallon left. Other than that, I would highly recommend Piccirillo Enterprises, and plan on using them in the future.

Tony and his team did a Great job remodeling our kitchen. We have an historic home that presented many challenges. Tony was patient and was able to figure out solutions for problems that arose. We found Tony to be honest and reliable. His quote was fair. The end result is our new kitchen is beautiful and we highly recommend Piccirillo Enterprises.

I think he was good and he did it himself. We did pay for two people. I stripped out the old bathtub. We did get two people. I think his interaction was OK. I think the end product was good. It was the value, I'm sure I got what I paid for. It supposed to be a complete bathroom remodel. There was not extra cost.

My experience with him was excellent. This is the second time I've used him. He comes when he says and does what he says. He's also reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again. He's very helpful. One of his workers even helped me clean my chandeliers. He was up high and he cleaned down the glass things for me. That certainly was above and beyond the call of duty. It was not in the planned project. His price is fair.

The designer is actually a person that works for a kitchen remodeling company and they contact you to come in and look at cabinet and counter top samples. Im not anywhere near ready to remodel and only wanted to get design ideas. If I had known I was going to have to go somewhere to look at stuff Im not prepared for then I would not have purchased this. That being said - I did go to Tony's designer and spoke with Susan and looked at samples, corrected some information that Tony gave her that was not right and she said she should have my drawings within a week. That was in November. I contacted Tony in December and asked how my drawings were going and he said I would be contacted by a different designer. I was contacted by him in late december and did not respond. I work full time and weekends - I do not have time to be going places to look at samples - I could do that at Home Depot for free and probably would of had more accurate measurements. Tony is a really nice guy - but this deal - isn't!

It was very uneven. I asked him to do it a certain way, and he wouldn't do it. I didn't ask him to come back.

Prompt detailed estimate delivered as promised. Work started as promised and completed as promised. Could not ask for better service and things look great.

We contracted to have a 3d drawing of our kitchen made with Tony Piccirillo from the ad on Angie's List. Tony came out and did some measurements and gave us some ideas about the project. We explained that we were trying to renovate our kitchen as economically as possible and that the drawing would help us determine cabinets and counter tops needed. We were given the number of a woman that would do the actual drawing from Bloch Industries in Henrietta. She came out and also did some measurements and discussed our requirements.l | |When the drawings were complete we met with the woman at the 'showroom', and basically given some rudimentary black and white 3D drawings, with no dimensions or cabinet sizes or counter top dimensions. She had the dimensions written on a sheet of graph paper, not an engineered auto cad drawing....when I asked if I could have that, I was told that we couldn't have that information unless we bought the cabinets from Bloch. She had prepared some outrageous quote for cabinets, which at this point we dismissed as nothing more than a poor scam. She claimed that she did not get paid for the drawing? | |I vented my frustrations with Tony, and I understand that Bloch has to make a sale, and the Big Box hardware stores would not give me the dimensions either, but they would not have charged me $49 and most likely would at least have a better drawing...... | |So shame on me for not asking about getting dimensions and cabinet sizes, as it was just my assumption. Tony is very professional and responsive. We even asked him to submit a quote for renovation services... but if you just need a drawing of your kitchen, you are far better off getting free design services from Big box stores. We found some good on-line sites that will take your room measurements and send you a complete list of cabinet sizes. | |So overall a disappointing experience. |

We have several remodeling jobs that needed to be done. We had planed to use Tony for all most everything and Tony knew we had to get one of the jobs done before we could do the tear out of the main bathroom. He knew we were counting on him to do them as we never even got quotes for those jobs. So after getting all our quotes for the bathroom Tony was a lot higher in price on main bathroom remodel. So we chose to use a different contractor because they had the bath tub unit we wanted and they were $2500.00 less than Tony and Tony could not get the same tub as it is a Bath fitters. We spoke to Tony and told him we were sorry but we are going with Bath fitters because it is what we really want and that he was more expensive. Then we told Tony we still want him to do the smaller jobs that needed to be done before we do the bath remodel. He had always known we were counting on him to do the other stuff. Then we let Tony know after the smaller jobs and the main bathroom was done we would have him rip out our down stairs bathroom and remodel that one for us. Tony told us he could do the small job we need done right away in 1 week. So we told the bath contractor he could start anytime after 2 weeks. So we set up a date for them to start the tear out of the bathroom in 3 weeks. Then we get a call from Tony saying he wanted to do all the work and all we want to do is use him for crumb work so he is not going to do any work for us. I think he forgot I never even got quotes on any of the smaller jobs I just gave them to him and I think he forgot we were going to let him do a whole new bath room down stairs without any quotes from anyone else. So in the long and short of it, if I can't have it all I don't want any! His loss! So would I recommend him, nope...

IT WAS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT , AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE , HE CALL THE MORNING OR THE 9AM APPOINTMENT . HIS BOILER HAD BROKEN DOWN AND HE COULD NOT MAKE IT. HE WANTED TO RE SCHEDULE IN TWO WEEKS , I STATED THAT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE IT NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED THIS WEEK. HE FINALLY CAME LATE ON THAT DAY.

I could not make an appointment so requested a refund.

Tony was a prompt and good communicator. I had purchased 2 hours of tile and grout work. When he arrived, I had concerns about a leak from the tub, and he took the time and effort to check out the leak for me although it wasn't what he'd been paid to do. His grout and caulk work was very neatly and quickly done.

Services could not be done in a timely fashion.

He kept pushing back the dates to do the work. He told me he would email me and never did. I wanted to cancel our agreement to do the work and ended up losing the $129.00.

He said he was going to call me to schedule the service, but never did.

The wall was not put in straight. He had problem blending old with new. He also left an unfinished job for a painter to come in. The wall was not prep like he said it would be.

Tony is affable and professional. And I believe really meant to help but unfortunately it seemed the list of things I presented were things he couldn't help with. After two visits all we could accomplish was changing the washer on one outdoor faucet. I wouldn't consider him a "handyman" from my experience. I suspect he is very good a remodeling services but this wasn't a good experience for me.

The project went very well and I am a satisfied customer.? It started on schedule on the date that we agreed upon and was completed on schedule. My only criticism would be the job quote process.?The formal quote should be honored since that price was the one agreed upon. I am facing additional costs on the shower enclosure?which were not budgeted.? Also, measurements for the shower door should have occurred earlier.? Now I am facing another 3-4 weeks without a shower enclosure.

Piccirillo Enterprises came out to the house and took detailed measurements and listened to my wife and I as we described our struggles with our current kitchen setup. About a week later we received via email the plans for a new kitchen. Unfortunately we are not yet in a position to pull off the remodel, but we do have a much better understanding of what work and costs will be involved.

Booked this through the Angie's list deal section. The work he's done is neat and clean.

Tony came over to our house and took notes on our kitchen and what we wanted to do for a renovation. He put us in contact with someone from Bloch Industries to come over and provide detailed drawings and ideas for kitchen cabinets. Tony then provided us the cost of the labor and construction for the renovation and we were given the kitchen drawings and cabinet design. We decided not to proceed with the renovation at this time but Tony did a good job of keeping us updated and providing us the details about the job.

It went great. He came right on time, replaced the grout, cleaned area up and was gone within an hour.

Well it’s done. He borrowed our tools and he cleaned up using our equipment. That’s what I remember. The work they did was okay, I just was a little irritated that his tools were on the other site so he borrowed some of ours, he didn’t bring his own cleaning up equipment. I thought that was not very professional. It has been a while and I didn’t want to give them a review immediately because I was a little bit ticked off but now so much time has passed. It was quiet, they did the work in the time required, and I don’t have complains about the work, that’s what I remember.

We discussed a kitchen remodel. Piccirillo doesn’t do the plans himself he has two different designers. We talked with one of the designers directly who emailed us designs. We never heard from the second designer. Piccirillo seemed like a nice person. We haven’t moved forward with the service at this point.
