Mary Lobene

Description of Work: We purchased our house using Mary Lobene as our realtor and she was wonderful. She was quick in getting an idea of what we were looking for in a house. She was very patient and did an excellent job of explaining the procedures involved in buying a house. She did an excellent job in negotiating the price of the house with the sellers. About 10 years after purchasing our home we used Mary Lobene to sell our house. Again she was wonderful in reviewing all documentation and paper work prior to signing. She was very quick in responding to any questions we had during the selling process. She understood our position and needs and backed us up every step of the way. We have worked with realtors in the past who were just looking for a quick sale. Mary really worked for us and as a result both the purchase and selling of our home went very smoothly. When you have a realtor who works for you it reduces the stress involved when making such a large purchase.
