Hi [Member Name Removed], I am quite confused by this review and would love to resolve the issue. Would you please provide me with more information in regards to how and when you scheduled your appointment? Did you schedule through Home Advisor or Angie's List? Who did you speak with, what date was the appointment confirmed for? What did you request to have done? Home Advisor has acquired Angie's List and it does not appear your contact information has been provided to us. Also, your notes in this review state the work requested was for drainage work however we do not do drainage work. It seems as though there is some confusion. Please get back to me asap. Hopefully we will be able to figure this out together. Thank you.
