Hi-Lo Gutters

Called Sal Saturday afternoon about repairing a large piece of fascia that was flapping in the wind along the roof line. I could not reach it with my 24 foot ladder. He showed up the next morning on Sunday (Mother's Day). and did the repair thoroughly and safely. He also noticed that the downspout needed reattachment and just did it. Professional, friendly service, great quality, and fair price.

Sal was very professional and explained what he was going to do before he did the work. He arrived when he said he would. Very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him to others.

Got a call that the contractor would show up in a day or two. They were there early the second day and the job was completed before noon.

Prompt, reasonable and thorough. Would definitely hire Hi-Lo again. He found clogged downspouts that I didn't even know I had.

Second time I've used them. Called back promptly and did the work within one day of the call. Some of the gutters were well-clogged so it all ended up on the ground. He cleaned it all up before he left.

Work was done in less than an hour. Did a complete cleaning of the debris around the house. Even fixed a downspout that was hanging.

Removal of gutters, aluminum wrapping, gutter covers and new gutters and down spouts.

I submitted a form on here and he got back to me later that day. He was booked out a couple of days but let me know that if something cancelled, he would get me in sooner. Something did cancel, and he came over a day or two later. I wasn't home but he didn't leave a mess at all and allowed me to mail him a check. I'm actually going to call him right to have him do the gutters at my rental property.

Since this is a busy season, I was given an anticipated date when the work could be done. They arrived in a timely manner. Crew were polite, efficient and cleaned up well.

Sam and his son, Sam, arrived on time, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and cleaned up completely within about two hours' time. Excellent work.

He responded to our initial call very quickly. Even though our job was not urgent, he still came out within 2 business days and performed the service. He was very professional and courteous on the phone. We would call him again for future needs. The price was very fair.

Sam arrived the same day we contacted him. Estimated the job to be done and completed the work himself while he was here. Very friendly and competent. Did a thorough job and was finished within the hour. Will certainly call him again. Will have him do the job in Spring and Fall.

Sam stop by (didn't need to be home, Great! didn't tied my day waiting all day) call soon after left me a estimate & said he could reused some of the gutters. Sam said it will take a few wks to get installed but less than a wk he had some extra time and started some of the work just this past Monday and Today his crew completed the job. this Customer is Very Please & his employees were professional & efficient. I would use Hi-Lo Gutters and recommend them to Families & Friends.

I spoke with Sal on April 22 about my job. He came out to look and gave me an estimate for $215.00. He said he could get it done the following week. On May 4th the job was completed. I am happy with my experience.

Owner contacted me very quickly and completed work the following week. He sought feedback and quickly completed the one piece the workers missed.

The services were excellent. They were very pleasant and prompt and also a pleasure to speak with.

Told me I did not need a new gutter at this time & then he repositioned the nails securing the gutter

I should have called sooner! Wow - fantastic job, very good customer service, responsive, I couldn't be happier. Subsequently I had him do a repair of a stone stair step and that went very well also. I will be calling him again! GREAT!!!

I have used this service for several years. The job is done thoroughly, promptly, and at a reasonable price.

I called Sam on Thursday on 6/26/14 asking for an estimate to clean my gutters. He said he would be at my house on 6/30/14 and he would call before he came over. He came over, gave me an estimate, I agreed to the price and he cleaned the gutters right then and there. He did a great job and was very thorough with the cleaning. I will use Sam again and I would highly recommend him.

I called and left a message, he returned my call within 2 hours. We discussed pricing for the cleaning of gutters and he gave me a quote. We set up a date for 3 days later. He arrived, introduced himself and began setting up to clean the gutters. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning was thorough and I am pleased. The original quote for cleaning was upheld. It cost more because one of the gutters pitch was off and needed repairing, so that was added. I feel the cost for all the work was reasonable. I will definitely use his services again.

Sal was great. He returned my call promptly, gave me an estimate over the phone, came the next morning and cleaned the gutters in about 45 minutes. He had quoted between $90 and $125, depending on the amount of debris plugging the gutters and downspouts. The gutters hadn't been properly cleaned in a few years so I had assumed I would be paying the higher amount. Sal also arranged for his crew to come the next day and install a gutter and downspout for the back of my garage. He let me know when they were coming, they arrived and finished the work in about half an hour. I was amazed. They knew their business and were very polite as well. I had to wait a week for rain to see how the gutters were preforming and after inspecting everything during a downpour, all of the gutters are working properly. I am very pleased with the work. Well done you!

I had Sal come last year and was so impressed by his rapid response, enthusiasm and attention, I asked him to return this year. He blew out the gutters/downspouts and this year replaced part of the downspout due to damage. I felt this entire process was straightforward and no-nonsense. Not sure what happened with the and quot;Fand quot; review, but it is very different from the experiences I have had. I find his pricing to be very reasonable. I look forward to having him over again next spring!

I left a message and he returned my call the same day. His estimate was significantly lower than others I'd gotten, and he was able to come out the following day, so I hired him. He used a leaf blower to clear out all gutters, and he also flew out my downspouts, all of which were badly clogged. He cleared up nearly all debris (missed just a bit but not a big deal). He was friendly, professional, and efficient, and I have recommended him to a number of my neighbors.

He was punctual. He was fast about what he did and he was friendly. He was throughout.
