Job was completed on time. Suggestion about tiles was given and it made the foyer look larger and better.

Dave was very responsive. Gave me option of picking up the supplies or he would do it and came out the next day to fix it. I was very pleased with his quick turnaround, fair pricing and quality of work and clean up

Dave is always dependable, does the work efficiently and always checks with me to see if everything is going as I expected. I would definitely recommend him.

Another great job! Came around 8 am was finished before lunch time. Left everything clean and neat, inside and out.

Dave came out the day after I called to give an estimate. It was a Friday when I called; he did the estimate Saturday, and then did the work on Monday. He said if we have any trouble with the paving stones within the year, he'll come and repair, no charge- he guaranteed his work. The fix seems sturdy and like it will hold up. He was very punctual and explained everything he did, and was clear with follow-up and maintenance instructions. He was very communicative over the phone. Very happy with the work he did so far and would call him in the future for other home repair needs.

He said knowledge was power. He wanted $25 for a minute of work adjusting the door.

Did not appear interested. Told me to call him in a month. Did not take my name. I give him credit for being upfront.

I called Dave about deck repair/rebuild. He got back to me right away and asked if he could come out that day. He explained all that needed to be done and I had an estimate within a couple of days. I accepted his estimate and we set a date to begin work. Dave was punctual,professional and very flexible when it came to any changes to original plans. His work is high quality and he sets high standards for his work. My wife and I are very pleased with Dave and his work and are already talking to him about doing more work at our home. He is fair honest and a good guy! We highly recommend Dave.

I called him this morning, he said he could come out and look at it,this evening. He called me back around 2:30 and asked if he could come by now,I said sure. He looked at it,and said he could fix it right then and there. He was very neat and didn't make a mess. He is very busy,but took the time to help me out. I really appreciate good work.

He fixed it correctly and promptly. It is difficult to get a handyman to show up for a small job.

I called Dave and asked if he could come to my home and provide an estimate; he was available the same day. Upon arrival, he was personable and professional. He assessed the damages in both my family room and bathroom. He took the time to explain in detail what he would be doing and listened to my concerns and answer all my questions. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and within my budget. He did explain that some unforeseen things may come up once he looked inside the areas where the water damage occurred. We scheduled our first work day appointment for Monday the 11th at 8:00 am and he arrived on time with all the necessary equipment to get the job done properly. The work took approximately 1.5 days and it looks great. It was a relief to learn and see for myself that the water damage did not cause major problems to the structure of the house. I truly appreciated his honesty in assessing the repairs and letting me know there would not be any added cost. Being a single income household, cost was a major concern for me but I also wanted to find someone that would complete the repairs properly. I got both of those things by hiring Dave. Since then I've referred him to my family and friends, that's how good I felt about the work done in my home. So Dave, thank you for all your help!

Dave first quoted my original request to replace some damaged drywall. Unfortunately once the drywall was removed, another issue was exposed. Termites had destroyed several studs in the frame so we renegotiated the price. He then removed and replaced the termite damaged wood, repaired some cracks in the exterior wall, then finished the job by installing the drywall. He covered everything up during sanding and cleaned up whatever mess was made while conducting his job. He was also very helpful in explaining his intentions during the job and executed those plans in a timely and professional manner.

Dave returned my call very promptly. We scheduled a time to come out and he showed up when promised. He had to replace a door frame that had rotten out and windows in the basements that were leaking. The day he was scheduled to do the work he called to let me know he was on his way and when he should be there. He was very professionally and worked diligently. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves as if you never knew they were there. I would definitely use them again.

Prompt replies. Flexible scheduling. Arrived on time and completed the work the same day. It now looks perfect. I'd definitely use Dave for future tasks around the house and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Dave always shows up pronto and fixes it -- two thumbs up. On this visit, he helped us begin to handicap-access the house for an elderly relative who suddenly lost the ability to climb stairs anymore, so time was of the essence. Dave came quickly and accomplished the most essential needs i.e., installing grab bars in the bathroom, and opening a door between the front and back of the house so as to avoid all stairs. The door hadn't been opened in decades, and was actually sealed shut, so it wasn't a straightforward task. He worked carefully and succeeded without damaging door or wallpaper. Very pleased!

.I cannot speak highly enough of the way Dave & his men performed while here and the quality of their work.

Not much to tell. The job started on Friday & was finished mid day Tuesday. They were very neat, put up plastic partitions to help contain the drywall dust and had a tarp on the floor

Everything went very well. Dave was excellent. His responded immediately to my initial call. We agreed on a date to install the doors. Dave called me ten minutes prior to arrival. He was exceptionally neat, respected the property and was courteous throughout the installation. Dave hung two interior panel doors, one on a bedroom and one on a bathroom. One of the doors had to be cut to fit. Dave did and excellent job. Hardware was installed perfectly. Everything was level and fit tight. We were very pleased with the work, the time it took and Dave's professionalism. He clearly enjoys what he does.

We?ve called on Dave a number of times. Here?s what I like about him. He arrives on time -- or keeps you posted if he?s running late. He's all in for solving your problem -- while most guys have at least one eye on the bottom line, Dave totally wants to fix your issue. So far he?s lightning-diagnosed each problem, and we haven?t given him anything he couldn?t fix. An honest workman and genuinely nice guy. Thank you, Dave.
