Jeff and his crew built a new porch for my home. What a wonderful experience that was! The customer service was terrific. Communication was prompt, work was professional and price was fair. This company earns 5 stars in every category. Hire them for your next project.

Jeff and his crew replaced our deck posts and railings. We appreciated the short turnaround time between his quote and the work being done. The crew was polite and courteous. They arrived at the specified time and were organized and efficient with their work. At the completion of their work, the work area was clean and everything from our deck was back in place. Jeff is easy to work with and even offered suggestions and information on how we can best seal the deck base. We are very happy with the end result.

It was late in the season for decks I thought but when Jeff contacted me and he came and looked at the job gave me a great quote and said 4 weeks I was amazed. In between that time we kept in contact and he answered all my question the same day I asked. His workers Ryan and Blake are fantastic. They are personable, courteous, always on time and would also answer all my questions. When they left after a days work you couldnâ t even tell they were here they cleaned up everything. Needless to say when I saw the work they were doing I asked about my front porch being redone. Jeff gave me a quote got the materials in 2 weeks time I had a new back deck and front porch that I absolutely love. They also fixed the ramp on my shed they are just amazing. The craftsmanship is out of this world and I would recommend them for any construction job you need done. They are definitely the best at what they do!!! Cactus contracting exceeded all my expectations. The customer service is second to none. They truly care about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with their work. The owner, Jeff, kept us in the loop throughout the project and was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. Ryan and Blake showed up bright and early every morning and worked incredibly hard each day, so much so that our deck was complete within five business days, despite some last minute plan changes on our end. I am absolutely blown away in the best way possible by my experience with cactus contracting, their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and refusal to accept anything but perfection. I approached several contractors for quotes to repair the deck with very slow response times. Jeff responded very quickly, visited the site and generated a quote. He also suggested some different approaches to comply with HOA requirements. Jeff generated the variance paperwork to the HOA. Great job. I would recommend Cactus for any type of work.
