Excellent Job. Work was done on time and priced very reasonably. Also I’m not sure what the other reviewers are talking about because we found the owner to be very professional, courteous and helpful with choosing the right fence for our yard. The fence has been installed for a little over a year now and still very happy with the job.

I finally heard back from Jerry Czebiniak, the owner, after leaving two messages at the company. He was the most arrogant, disrespectful person I have ever spoken to regarding a business inquiry and/or quote. He told me to go out and measure it myself and if I wanted to "pull the trigger" and hire him that when he takes the time to go to a person's house, he expects a 25% down payment and a contract to be signed. He then told me to go and read his website. I had originally told him that I was contacting him because I saw his website. He charges $40 a foot for a vinyl privacy fence and he "could get to me" in about 4-6 weeks after he got the deposit and signed contract. I work for a large Property Management Company and this guy will never get one bit of business from me.

Called All American fence, the phone was answered promptly by a male (I'm assuming the owner), I requested if someone could come to my place of residence to offer a quote for fence installation, his response, "Well, EVENTUALLY I can." I asked if his company was too busy to accept new customers and his response, "No, but there are more questions I need to ask and it's not that simple to just come over." I then explained I had been looking around for quotes and representatives from other fence companies had been able to come over to my property within 1-2 weeks after calling them. His response, "Well, then you should be all set." I asked if he was not interested in my business and he responded that he was--after feeling like I was too much of a bother for him to request a quote, I explained I was no longer interested in his business and hung up. Felt the conversation was VERY unprofessional. I, in no way, asked him to drop what he was doing to come to my property, I simply asked if he was available to offer a quote at some point--however, he made it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about and he was extremely sarcastic and rude. I will absolutely not be using this company and will be spreading the word to friends and family regarding how unprofessional they are.

Terrible!terrible!Terrible! He was to install the fence mid September. It is October 28 and he just finished it, and the posts are still in croked. He was to have had this fence installed within two weeks of the scheduled start date.the first day he came to begin the installation the posts were inserted with him supervising. He did not return for a week to begin installing the fence sections. He said he sent his Forman to install it. This man spent five hours installing a fence with end channels that were too short and the vertical boards were not even close to tight. When I went outside to inspect the installationI I saw the incredible mess and told him to stop working. I called the owner. He never came to the job sight for another month! Finally, on October 27 he sent his real Forman who was incredulous at the mess. They had to remove two posts that were in at an angle and fix the loose vertical boards. The Forman returned today to finish the work. No question that he worked diligently for two days. However, after he finished I went to the second floor of the house where I could look down on the two replaced posts and adjacent fence sections. The fence sections are at three different angles! I called the owner immediately. Once again he was very angry with me that I would dare to question the integrity of the now completed job. It has been a customers nightmare to deal with this man.

The men who worked on the fence were very professional. They worked very quickly and did an excellent job. Jerry came out to the house a few times to check on things. We were extremely happy with the work that was done.

Called and promptly came and gave me estimate. Said could guarantee 4 time frame to start. Started on time and finished on time. Was prompt, easy to get ahold of and did a good job.

Right from the beginning when we tried to contact him, it took him over a week to get back to us. Then after he gave us the estimate and took the downpayment, he said he would be doing it on a certain date or he would call. On that date, he never came and never called, we called several times, leaving a few messages, he finally got back to us later that day, saying he was sorry he didn't call, he said because of the heat they were behind and would start next week. When I was upset with him he turned things around like I should be more understanding - I understand weather related issues - NOT not responding to phone calls and not keeping appointments! He originally told us it would take a week to complete, they did not work everyday and it took 2 weeks! The fence itself is good, but his customer service was terrible!! I would not recommend him for that reason.
