The dryer was repaired, but not the dishwasher which meant I had to call another shop and pay more money for a repair call.

He came on a Sunday. He answered the phone late on a Saturday.

Dishwasher was leaking. I cleaned out the pump and could not get the cap back on. Provider charged 97. to screw the cap back on. Dishwasher was still leaking. When I called to tell him, he said the dishwasher needed a new pump. Cost would be 250.00. I didn't think this was the issue and called someone else. They fixed it for 87.00. It was a simple kink in the line that goes to the drain.Repair person did not even look at the dishwasher before deciding it needed a new pump. Very poor service and would like my money back. Watch out for this company!!!!! I would take them off of Angie's list! I have contacted them and still have not had a response.

It went okay. He quoted me a price and it was okay. They only came to give me an estimate, I thought it was too high. I think they did everything okay.

We were having issues with our oven door not closing all the way. My wife looked it up and thought it might be the latch motor, but after we replaced it, it still didn't close. So we called Nick's. He stopped by the same day I called him which was nice and he looked at our oven door. He said he couldn't fix it because we would need new oven door hinges that were no longer made. After he left though I looked at it and was able to shake the hinges back into alignment and get the oven door to close.

He suggested that we replace a part, which included the trap door on the ice feeding mechanism (the ice maker was and is still working. After the repair the feeding mechanism was working but the was significant build up of frost and ice inside the freezer compartment. We had him come back and he tightened up the door on the ice feed. There continues to be more frost and ice build up. There appears to be no sense in calling him back since he hasn't fixed it in two trips. I continue to scrape ice and frost off the inside of the freezer door

The service was great. I would definitely use them again. Very reasonable to work with.

The providers showed up when promised and fixed a part to my freezer. In leaving they said I should have ice by morning. NO ice. So I called back and they agreed to return and fix the problem. They did not return at the time promised , but did come later in the day. They fixed the problem, but now my icemaker is extremely loud as it fills--previously I could hardly tell it was working. Overall I would say that they did an ok job. The ice maker is working. I bought the $75 dolar coupon on angies list, but I don't really think that it saved me any money--just got me to hire this company. I might call them again, but I would be just as likely to try to find someone that might charge less and get it right the first time.

I wasn't thrilled with them. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't good. They estimated my dryer. But then, I ended up getting a new dryer. They had said that they would come back to do the filtration to the outlet and that they would charge me $100 or whatever. When I bought a new dryer, they just did it for free. It wasn't an awful situation. But, I don't think I'm going to use them again. They came right out. They were prompt. The workers were friendly. They were fine.

Frank came out within a day of scheduling appointment. He had to order a part for the fridge and was back the next day. For the dish washer he wanted to have his partner who was more familiar with our model. He was able to get the dish washer repaired within 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with our experence.

Great response time, arrived at house within 2 hrs. of trouble call. Found problem in minutes, replaced faulty belt and were done with job in 15 minutes. Have used these guys many times over the years and always get great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I called in the morning to enquire about service. He said he could be over in the afternoon. I must admit I was impressed by that. He called to tell me he was on his way. Got to my house, looked at it and diagnosed the problem, however he was continuously texting his friend for dinner arrangements. I was told that my hard water had built up on the door under the seal and it wasn't sealing properly and thus the leaking. He then said that would be $100 for 1/2 hour of his time. I should have said, about 15 minutes and the other was your time making dinner plans. Lesson learned I guess. Problem was fixed.

It was a Big Deal. They came when they said they would, could not repair the washer, which was rusted. Told me what they were doing and what the options were. Also, unclogged the stationary tub, which was emptying slowly. Whole visit took less than 45 minutes.

Our experience was very positive. We had prompt, courteous service from Frank and his coworker. Fortunately the part that needed replaced was in stock so we had a diagnosis in the morning and the dishwasher was repaired later that day. Would definitely recommend using this company.

After a bit of a late start, the owner came and replaced the gasket, answering all questions professionally and thoroughly. He even gave me some ideas for how to improve the performance of my dishwasher at no extra cost. The freezer door now shuts perfectly and stays shut, plus the soap compartment in my dishwasher is no longer getting gummed up since we've been using the recommended pellets instead of liquid soap. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.

Frank responded to my email and called me on a Sunday afternoon after I discovered a washing machine full of water. We scheduled a Monday morning appointment at 9. He arrived about 45 minutes later than that. Nonetheless he knew immediately what the problem was, replaced the water pump and pulled out my grandson's sock from the old pump. I wondered if the old pump might then work with the sock removed. He was here less than 30 minutes and charged me $185. I haven't had appliance repair in a very long time, so i don't know if that is the "going rate", but it sure seemed a lot to me! His Angie's List ad says 10% off for members. I did not see that reflected on my invoice. While I think the charge was a bit extreme given the time he was here, I was grateful for his prompt response and to have the washing machine in working order.

Frank called me within 30 minutes of me sending the email requesting an appointment, and we set up a house call for the following morning (Saturday at 9:00 AM). Frank called when he was 5 minutes out and arrived at my house right on time. He quickly diagnosed t he problem as broken drum supports and had the dryer repaired and put back together within 30 minutes. The dryer now runs perfectly.Frank was very professional and experienced, with a pleasant personality. I would not hesitate to utilize this vendor's services again.

There was no water going into dishwater. The men who came from Nick's anticipated what the problem might be and had the necessary part on their truck. They were very professional and did the repair in about an hour.

Frank diagnosed our fridge problems and ended up defrosting the coils which has frozen over. And he also found the defrost thermostat was bad and replaced it. Frank was very punctual, friendly and overall great. He fit us in very short noticed, picked up some parts on the way that he thought would help, and was able to repair the fridge the same day we called him. Couldn't ask for more!

I was looking for same day service. I called and explained my problem. I thought it was the Evaporator fan again. They stopped on the way over and picked up a replacement fan in case it was needed. Frank came out and diagnosed a failed Thermostat. The refrigerator was defrosted, the thermostat replaced in about a half hours time. On their way out I mentioned that the Freezer door continues to pop open when the refrigerator door is closed. Frank quickly adjusted the legs to remedy the problem. This was same day service. The job was completed promptly as Frank brought replacements with him. We are highly satisfied with his service. From reviewing similar service calls, the price was what I expected to play

He diagnosed the problem as being a malfunctioning thermostat. He made a call to his supplier to ascertain that the part was available. It was. He left to pick it up, returned shortly, and installed it. Job completed.
