+ 0 moreI have had cable with other high profile companies that treat and make you feel like an account number. Haefele treats their customers on a much more personal level. If a customer has an idea they will use it. Haefele's prices are so reasonable.
Description of Work: Installed cable and internet with an informed and polite manner and asked if we had any question.

+ 0 moreThey have always been really nice. I don't get billed for their service calls, but I get billed every month for the use of the DVR. They are really reliable, once a big branch came down in a storm and knocked out my cable, but they came right out and fixed it. They have always provided really good service, I have never had any problems dealing with them, and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I use Haefele TV for my cable TV services. I have been using them since 1985, and I have the HD digital package from them. My last interaction with them was when they installed a new DVR for me. I also get my internet service from them. They also provide phone services, but I don't use that.
