+ -1 morereceive payment the his worker (he didn't do the work himself) did a very good job. Every thing was done except the lower columns. Brian came by to receive payment before the paint was even dry. I told him the job wasn't completed. He became angry and growled, "Are you gonna be one of those type of customers?". .He said there was never any agreement to do the lower columns. Why would I ever have him only do half the job? He said he would do the others if I paid more. He said it would be a discounted price, but it was still high, not to mention that he didn't deserve any more money! He literally intimidated me into paying the final amount. The quality of the work was fine, but if you hire him make 1000% sure he knows what the full job entails.
Description of Work: He was hired to paint two decks. One had columns on two levels.

He came very quickly and left the estimate, it was a reasonable estimate. We ended up choosing someone different whom we knew so for the limited contact that I had with him he was very responsive.
Description of Work: Brian Mozer Painting Inc gave me a quote for car washing and staining a deck.
