From the first meeting with the licensed arborist and district manager to the conclusion of the work, all individuals involved were punctual, professional and courteous. When the arborist and manager first came to the property, they did not bombard me with a sales spiel, but rather focused on the trees and proposed various solutions. The work on all four, differently situated, very tall, large trees went well (except for minor damage to a gutter & screen when working on the largest tree situated right next to the house). The price was very reasonable and within the range of what I expected, after researching the price issue on Angies’ List and after interviewing 3 other companies, one of which set a price far above Savatree and the others. I chose Savatree, because they proposed different options and ideas after examining each tree, whereas the other companies did not.

It looks much better that before. The price is okay. The guy came in on time.

Excellent, once the job was started. I had a very difficult time getting a response to my repeated calls to SavATree. I arranged for them to do the work in August and the job was completed finally in November.

Great to work with. Came within a few days to do estimate. First visit within a week and then a planned follow up. Very professional and considerate of my farm. I have horses but they worked perfectly and safely around them. I even saw the technician remove a Praying Mantis from the trees he was spraying and put it on a safe tree to save it. Really great.

This is the first time I used them. It was a very good experience. They are cheaper than the other bidder and his workmanship was absolutely perfect. He did exactly what I expect and did it in a timely manner. I would absolutely use him in the future.

had not set a date so they showed up on their time. workmen were willing to discuss particular branches to be removed. My only complains are that they left small branches on the lawn and broke the top of a small tree.

They are very accommodating and very prompt. They explain everything they are going to do with the tree trimming and we feel much safer when we have bad weather and wind.

They are a large company and have multiple offices. I have worked with them for several years and they have sent several different arborists and I have found each of them to be very experienced. congenial and responsive. They are quite a good outfit and I am happy to recommend them. The arborists are prompt, pleasant and willing to explain things. I will use them again in the future.
