I had a leak on my flat roof near a drain. I made Sav a Roof aware before having the roof replaced. I still have the leak. Sav a Roof has not come to inspect. And the owner Tom doesn’t answer his phone or call back. Don’t use them

Sav A Roof did an amazing job on my new roof. I was hesitant, had lots of questions, checked out other options but still came back to them and I do not regret it. Maria was so patient and helpful! The team estimated a longer time to get the job done (2 days) but completed everything in one day. It was clean like nothing ever happened!!!!!but you will notice the amazing new roof and sleek new gutters. Thank You again

Original review Summer 2020 I had some issues which were resolved completely, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The work was high quality and it was done quickly. The staff was very professional and polite. This is truly a customer centered company. I highly recommend it. UPDATE 5/4/2024 They did exactly the same thing they did 4 years ago. At the time they installed a roof on my 2 story house. There were a few things that were missing or were wrongly installed. I tried to contact them about the issues with no response from them for more than two weeks until I wrote a 2 star review reflecting the issues. It did not take more than two hours for them to contact me back. At the end all issues were resolved to my satisfaction but it took them more than 2 weeks to get to it. It wasn't so much how long it took them to fix the issues but the lack of communication. If they had told me they were backed up because of a storm I would have understood. After they fixed the problems I changed my review to 4 stars. It's been 5 weeks (3/29/24) since I contacted them because the roof had a leak. I sent some pictures and talked to an assistant twice and sent additional pictures of the damage the leak had caused. She told me they were writing a work order for someone to take a look. The weeks past and I did not hear anything from them. In the meantime I discovered a hole that had been left at a corner where the roof met the siding on the first floor, I opened the wall inside the house and confirmed that that was the issue. The roof is still under warranty for another 6 years and they should have been the ones to fix the issue since it was faulty work on their part. The problem was easily fixed with silicone compound which I did. They really need to improve their communication and response time. Now I have doubts that the roof will hold for long and that I may have to sue them if new issues are discovered.

I had my roof redone by SAV A ROOF 2 weeks ago . I could not be more pleased with the entire organization. I would highly recommend them. They are professional , timely , fair pricing and follow through on their commitments. They were generally nice people to deal with on top of everything else. John and Marie were great people to work with. All it has done since they did the work is ....Rain......no issues!

We got 6 estimates for a new roof. We decided to go with John from Sav a Roof and we are glad we did. John was thorough when explaining what needed to be done. A new roof is not cheap, but we knew we would be getting the right job done for the money. The office is incredibly responsive and accommodating. If we had any follow-up questions, they were happy to explain and clarify. After the job, the cleanup was perfect. We had a lot of material removed, and in the end, it looked like no one was here. If you are in the market for anything roof related, you will not go wrong with Sav a Roof.

Excellent Job. Hired Sav A Roof to replace roof, gutters, and soffits on my house. Entire process from estimate to completion was excellent. I worked with John who was open and honest about what would be needed and the job they would do. I got several estimates and their price was very reasonable for the work they did. Roof and gutters completed in one day. Soffits replaced the next day. They use Owens Corning Duration shingles and the roof looks great.

Needed a new roof and hired Sav A Roof for the job. They replaced my entire roof and gutters all in one day. They also repaired my chimney. They did a great job cleaning everything up and even used a magnet to pick up any nails left around my house. Sav A Roof did an awesome job and my roof looks great! Thank you John and crew.

Amazing job, completed in one day, crew was very courteous, excellent work and cleaned up and removed all debris. I couldn't ask for a better contractor, excellent estimate, explained completely what would be replaced and what products would be used and why.

They were very professional and everything was written out in the estimate including a color chart. It's been easy to work with them so far.

The crew of at least 12 people showed up on the date planned. They did the whole job of about 2000 sq. ft. of rood in one day. They cleaned up as they went along and put tarps over the windows. John Johnson the supervisor was on site throughout the day.
