Description of Work: THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IT SHOULD BE CALLED "BAD POOL BOY" because there is only ony one person in charge, that I saw, and he is a loser!#1...It took 2-3 weeks to close a pool that has always been closed in a day. I had water running from my backyard pool into the street for weeks. The neighbors complained and the hose extension killed the surrounding grass.#2...I was quoted one price as a new customer and billed for a higher price.#3...I didn't receive the bill for the service until 2-3 months after the fact...with the higher price!#4...A problem was misdiagnosed and only acknowledged as a misdiagnose several months after the fact#5....I sent a check for his bill, including the over-payment and the pool guy finially returned my call and got to speak to him on the phone.#6... HE SAID THAT HE RECEIVED MY PAYMENT ANd WOULD SEND ME A CHECK FOR $55.00, AN OVERPAYMENT#7... HE NEVER DID!!!#8... I acalled him several times and left messages. He never returned my calls.#9... This company, which appears to be run bu only one man is NOT RELIABLE! DON"T USE THIS GUY!!!

PECONIC POOL GUYS DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND VERY RELIABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. MY POOL ALWAYS LOOKS WONDERFUL AND I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE POOL FILTER AND CLOSED IT FOR THE WINTER. (THEY ALSO CLEANED IT AND PUT IN A CHEMICAL).
