Outstanding! From Start to Finish! Elsa was professional, creative, insightful, conscientious of budget and timely. Elsa understood that our home wasn't in any uniform style or theme and much we wanted to keep but was in need of blending throughout the house Our home was a combination of Asian Influence, English and French Antiques and Beachy resort...hard to imagine the combination. Improvements were made to the master bedroom and bathrooms, a childs bedroom, two bathrooms, entryway, living room and dining room. With a few key furnishings, some re-upholstering, rugs, paint and wall paper she was able to put it all together in a way that we so much loved. Her contractors were on time, efficient, neat and reasonable. Elsa stayed on top of everything at all times - ensuring quality work and efficiency. Elsa has a great eye for color, classy elegance, and individuality. When we embark on our next project we will certainly seek out her expertise and services.

Anyone who has built a house from scratch (i.e. worked with architects and builders) knows that some things don't go as planned. In a nutshell, Elsa is the only professional we have worked with during the process who has stayed on our A-list. When on occasion something was not "perfect" in its delivery Elsa followed through and made it right. For example, when a painter missed a spot, she called him back; when she or we noticed anything awry, she was on it. She has a wonderful relationship with her subs and this helps. We felt we could trust her from the get-go because she is always responsive. By the way, we have seen other houses she has designed because she wanted to show us examples of quality or concept, and each one is unique reflective of the owners' tastes. Her clients all seemed as comfortable with her as we are and as satisfied with her results. She asks for a retainer and will show you exactly how it is spent, which is refreshing.
