When a company says you will get the product in 4 weeks I am going to hold you to that unless you call me. Also, do not send someone to my house and have them work in my backyard without me knowing. You should call first.

This company is very professional and knowledgeable about their industry and products. Provided great consultation and design input which are all very important when selecting a provider and I absolutely love the awning they installed in my home. However, what differentiates this company the most in my mind is how they stand behind their work and respond when and if there are any issues or problems encountered. I had trouble with my remote more than a year after my installation and they did not hesitate to help me out and even sent a technician back to my home with a new one and helped reprogram it for me. And I live on an island which is not so easy to get to! Above and beyond and I would definetely highly recommend them.

I have used this company multiple times. I hired them again and have several email exchanges detailing the scope of work and price. I was at home waiting for the crew to arrive. They drove up and pulled away immediately. The owner then calls me and tells me to find someone else to do the job. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible and a bit crazy to boot.
