We purchased new carpet from this vendor in Southampton. The product and installation are good. The problem was the crew damaged a wall and several pieces of furniture. One piece was hand painted by an artist and the other, a newly perfectly restored mid century piece. When I told the office that damage had occurred, they were appropriately concerned and said they were sending someone out to inspect the damage. The man the company sent, was in short a bully. He came into our home, like a Nazi complete with clipboard and went on to berate me and my husband. It made not-so great situation, terrible. He spent 20 minutes yelling and telling us every reason we were wrong. He didn't understand vintage furniture and proceeded to call it old. We have no recourse and will have to deal with repairs on our own. It was so insulting. The experience was everything you never want in "Customer Service." I'd urge people to think long and hard before hiring this company.
