Bartlett Tree Experts

Bartlett was fantastic. Their aborists were very knowledgeable. I am a scientist and wanted every detail and got it. We have two very old (200 yrs plus) oak trees that needed help. Their suggestions were based on the latest science and were carried out by expert workmen. Their quote was itemized so I could pick which services I wanted to take care of now and which to wait on. I did get another quote and Bartlett's was cheaper but more importantly, I felt that their arborists were truly expert. I also appreciate that Matt took the time to walk me through our property and summarize what we had and what needed help. We intend to use Barlett for continuing maintenance of our property. Matt was also available on email for a question I had about a tree I've been wanting to plant but didn't know the name of! Lastly, not only did Matt follow up to see how satisfied we were, a Bartlett representative did as well. Highly recommend.

They are a familiar company. They were good and provided a good service. Their response was very good.

We have a regular maintenance program with them that sprays for pests and disease within the trees in the area. They are great.

They were prompt, did a quality job, and cleaned up after themselves. Furthermore, they provided a detailed estimate, and they were happy to answer any questions that we had.

This was my first time using the company, and everything turned out well. They were very knowledgeable about the work, did a quality job, and didn't try to oversell their services. In addition, they had reasonable pricing, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't cause any damage to the surrounding property.

Patricia, the arborist, was helpful in her advice. Several of the measures I was able to take myself in order to save money. I thought the price for pruning was very high, but they used both ladders and a cherry-picker. I did not observe the work being done, as I was out of state. Patricia came back a couple of months later at my request to see how things were going with the trees and gave more guidance. That visit was also part of the contract and without further charge. About half of the trees in question survived. The dead ones are still standing, because I'm resisting paying their high prices to have them cut down. . .

One phone call and a couple of emails and the work was done. Extremely professional and the crew was neat with all debri removed.

They came and looked at some trees and that was it. They were friendly, very responsive, and very knowledgeable. They were very good, but they didn't do any work for us. They told us that we didn't have any particular issues with the tree. We didn't need their service to resolve our issue. Some beetles had gotten into the tree and we just had to get them out. We didn't have to spend any money for them to check this out. They were great.

They are well known. I have been satisfied. They usually send the same person which is very nice. He is very nice. They are reliable and they come when they say they are going to. They are responsive and professional. They are on my list and I use them whenever I need them. They are a big company and they have offices all over. It's not just a local person you are hiring to do the job. You probably can find somebody cheaper to do it, but they are the ones I have dealt with so I can't compare the price.

I HAVE A LARGE LOT WITH A LOT OF TREES, I DEPEND ON THEM, THEY ARE CERTIFIED ARBORISTS SO ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, ADVISE ME WHAT IS NEEDED TO SAVE THE OLDER TALLER TREES AND SUGGESTED FEEDING THE ROOTS IN THE SPRING.

THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE JOB AT TASK. THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES FOR THEIR MISTAKES. THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO THEM. OVERALL THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
