 + -1 moreI thought they were very good. He was right on time. When he left, the computer was perfect. It was very good and much faster. I really haven't had a problem since. I really couldn't say anything more of how good he was. He was very, very good. I was very satisfied. He was very prompt with his appointment and very knowledgeable. I thought the price was reasonable. In fact I had to call him right now because I wanted him to do some things in my computer for me which are not really a problem, it's just that I don't know how to do them. I'm waiting for them to call me back today. I decided to keep using him as my regular computer person.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my hotmail. Hotmail was asking for a change in my password and in order to do that they had to give me a security code so I got the security code which I had to send to a different computer. It was a four-digit number but when I went to put it into the system for the hotmail, they said they required a five-digit number so I was very confused. I didn't know how to do it so I called him and he came over. He actually just went through the whole computer. While he was here, he took some viruses out and he took care of the problem with the hotmail.
