+ -1 moreHorrible. What a waste of time. Technician came, diagnosed, ordered parts. Another week went by, we were scheduled for the repair. The man didn't even get the bolts off. He stripped a bolt and wanted to break a piece to disassemble the washer. He then wanted US to pay $80 for the part that he needed to break. My husband used WD-40 and got the rest of the bolts off with no problem. Breaking was not necessary. When I called to speak to a manager, Chelsea answered and asked me to hold on. She never hit the hold button and I heard the whole conversation. There was no supervisor. Instead of saying that, she kept me on hold for a total of 17 minutes during 3 separate calls. The business is run by children and now I have to wait another 2 weeks. Plus, the diagnosis of drain pump and tub seal are both WRONG!
