Professional reasonable in pricing work done up to my standards

Jeremy fix the problem replace the steam pipes, in a timely manner so my children and I can have heat and charge me reasonable, I would hire Jeremy again.

was a terrible experience. The job started with a smile and ended with a frown. He was late every day. Very unprofessional and unskilled. There was times when he was yelling as he spoke to his customer especially when one did not agree with his shortcuts. Shortcuts that would weaken and change the job order. Anger management issues. There was issues with workers and contractor Jeremy Trotman wearing mask as there was many reminders to please put on their mask. Especially with all of them not being vaccinated. They damaged things like with the thick paint they packed into the sockets, and intercom, paint splatter on refrigerator, closet, bathroom tiling, tub, door and all floors. He left a door off the hinge. He brought in a different worker every day as he was picking up these strangers and leaving them at the house as he went in and out. He kept leaving our entrance doors open with objects for long periods of time even instructed strongly to stop breaching our security. He is wired several areas with the wrong connections which could of caught fire verified by the Licence electrician that corrected his work. The fixtures were improperly mounted as one of them fell off hazard to anyone standing below. He does not know the work and would bring in a guy on their verbal say so that they can do the work. Shelving, towels racks, cabinet, tiling, decorative, flooring was damaged. Floors left worst than before he came. Incomplete tiling and grout work. There was not one room complete. He would not refund the deposits that he did not earn for the incomplete and bad workmanship done. He said the job would take 3 days and we went into the second week. That meant money lost for us and we still have to get workers to correct and finish the job. Contractor need return funds. That job was over charged. Contractor refused to give a proper receipt.

He came into my house ricking of marijuana on the first day of work, and first day of work he showed up at noon. He came everyday late and leave my house late night but still didn't finish the job. I said to him he can only work between 9 to 5 and his been here 11 sometimes 11:30 and stated that he will showed up at 9 but he didn't arrive until 11:30 and he didn't even call me. I had referred him to a friend for emergency, he said to that he will arrive at 9 but until 11 he' did not arrived. I need to hire anybody to finish the job. I already paid him half of the quote before he do the job. I really lost already a lot of money. I ask for the receipt several times to the supplies that his getting but he has not done yet until now he doesn't gave me a copy of the receipt even take of a picture.

- *1st week of work always late, they arrive before or after lunch* *- Jeremy instructed me to clean the wall and floor of the Toilet Bowl (TB) where they removed. * *As for me and my Uncle said that, that was the work of a PLUMBER not me as Caregiver to my Uncle. He is UNPROFESSIONAL with what he did to me that i cleaned the wall and floor of the TB that they removed. * *- Me and my Uncle saw also that the long towel and 2 short hand towels which was in the bathroom was, they used it to clean up the mud/dirts that was in the floor WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, they just get the towels and wiped the mud. They are DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL with what they did. * *- Every time they entered the house i smelIed marijuana* *- They used our home vacuum for their business and our home vacuum was destroyed but they replaced it. They should bring their own vacuum or other equipment that they will used.* *- They used our own trash bags but when it was only few that's the time they bought their own.* *- They used our home chair and pale with full of paints and dirts. They don't even bother to clean or change. After a week that they were gone, i called them to clean-up the chair and pale. Jeremy bought a new chair but the pale until today he hasn't replace or clean it.* *- Jeremy's assistant took my Uncle's charger its good that my Uncle noticed it so I called Jeremy and he returned after a week but we bought already a charger.* *- Last April 28, 2020 around 12 noon they came over while i was in my PT Appointment. I texted Jeremy prior to this April 28 that i have PT Appointment in the morning and he can come Monday or Tuesday around 4pm but i never received a reply from him. Then when i arrived home from my PT Appointment i saw them outside the house in the driveway cleaned up the paints that was accidentally poured in the driveway. After we had lunch, me and my Uncle i went straight to my room and there i found out that my $1,000 cash money was missing in my bag. All my bags has its own cash money. I asked my Uncle if he permitted them to enter and put the socket cover in my room and my Uncle said no. He didn't noticed that they entered in my room. That, i reported to the Police Officers and they came to my Uncle's house and the Police Officer gave me a Police Event Number 200236790 to submit also in your office.* *I don't know also what other things they did inside my room while i was out. I was thinking they might planted a tiny camera or a drugs whatever, then 1 day the Police Officer will knock on our door and they might said that they have a tip that i am using a drugs. We don't know, that might happen because why they entered my room. That was intentional because i texted him to come Monday or Tuesday 4pm So, see you can see their disrespectful, rude and unprofessionalism. *

I was very pleased with the work that was done and I would call Jeremy again, if I needed more work done at my home.

Jeremy called me almost immediately after I posted my job. He was polite and professional on the phone. I explained to him that this job was to take place in my elderly mother's apartment and that I would only be able to communicate with him by phone throughout the process. Jeremy visited the job site and gave me an assessment about different options - most that would require the purchase of new parts. He needed to make a couple of trips back and forth between the home and the plumbing supply store. He was very communicative and kept me in the loop at every step, also letting me know how each thing that came up would affect the price. He completed the job and everything is working as it should be now. I would definitely call Jeremy again for future work and highly recommend him. I was very pleased with the whole experience and thankful that he persevered and got a very old plumbing situation fixed and under control.

It was wonderful. He is very polite, he was on time. He called me several times. Got everything done for me. He told me what I needed. I plan to use him again.
