I can learn how to specialize in troubleshooting networks or VPNs. I'm willing to utilize my problem-solving skills so I can inform my customers that I'm reliable for the job! I'm willing to avail my clients virtually through my laptop as best as I can. I can virtually troubleshoot problems from virtual machines to internet connections and so forth and try resolve the problem as best as I can. When my internet would sometimes disconnect, one time, I rebooted the router and went upstairs to see in my phone and laptop that I am connected to the internet. But then, afterwards, it didn't. I, then, went to the basement tried to think what else could've been the problem. So I thought to myself "What if one of the wires aren't connected to the extension cord?" I took a look at the extension cord and see that one of the wires was loose. So then I plugged it into the extension cord hoping that it would stay firm there. And later on, the internet began to work. I was immediately connected to the internet!
